We want you to be satisfied with your handmade cards and printed materials. This policy applies to orders delivered within New Zealand. We operate from Wellington, New Zealand, and ship handmade cards, wedding invitations, greeting cards and other printed materials across New Zealand. Our return policy is designed for customers in New Zealand who purchase our stationery and printed materials.
Standard Products
If you receive a ready-made handmade card or printed material that is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund once we have confirmed the issue. Products must be returned in unused condition where possible. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act may apply to purchases of our handmade cards and printed materials in New Zealand.
Custom Orders
Custom-printed and personalised handmade cards and printed materials are made to your specifications at our Wellington studio in New Zealand. Because they are produced specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns unless there is a production error on our part. We encourage you to approve proofs before we print. This applies to wedding invitations, event stationery and all custom printed materials ordered in New Zealand.
How to Return
Contact us first to discuss your return. We will provide instructions and our Wellington return address (Ground Floor, Unit G2/74 Manners Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New Zealand) where applicable. You are responsible for return postage within New Zealand unless we have made an error. Returns of handmade cards or printed materials must be sent to our Wellington address.

Refunds
